Habeeb & Assoc. architects expands to Worcester and South Dakota

NORWELL, MA Habeeb & Associates Architects has opened new offices in Worcester, and Rapid City, S.D. and has hired three new team members. 

Jeffrey Puleo, AIA, LEED AP. Puleo has been named principal-in-charge of operations. With more than 25 years of architectural experience, he will devise and implement the operational roadmap by which the firm will continue to grow. He will also be responsible for assuring the quality of H&A projects and that they adhere to the high standards of their clients. As a senior team member, he will provide architectural guidance to the project managers. He received his B.S. in architecture from Roger Williams University.

Eric Kuhlmann, AIA, LEED AP. Kuhlmann brings over 18 years of experience to the firm in his role as project architect. His expertise at managing the preparation of construction documents, plans, specifications and other project deliverables assures accuracy in the technical details. Building code, general law, and agency regulations are another area Kuhlmann excels in, which serves to foster professional growth in the architectural team he leads. He holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Buffalo.

Marion Roosa. As marketing director, Roosa will utilize her 15 years of expertise to develop and implement digital and traditional strategies that propel the firm into new markets and further current ones. She previously held marketing positions at Trimble, Inc., and Trade Service. She earned an MBA from Saint Martin’s University.
