Habitat for Humanity CCIM build day a success

Bloomfield, CT On June 25, CCIM Connecticut chapter members Shirley Harpool, CCIM, secretary/treasurer and Michael Guidicelli, CCIM, SIOR, president, in conjunction with UBS Realty volunteered their time to help fulfill a dream of home ownership for a well-deserving family.   Despite the challenge of laying hot asphalt shingles on a 90-degree sunny day, the team substantially completed the asphalt shingling of the entire house in one day.  Quite an impressive feat for rookie homebuilders.

Many thanks to the expert advice of Stan and Ali from Habitat for Humanity, the UBS Realty volunteers, Kent, Tina, and Sam, and the homeowner Terrance, who worked alongside the team and was an inspiration to meet.

We are looking forward to the dedication event later this year.
