Hale of O,R&L Comm’l. leases 3,000 s/f to NBA Discount Liquors

408 New Britain Avenue - Hartford, CT

Hartford, CT Andrew Hale of O,R&L Commercial, LLC has leased 3,000 s/f retail space. The space is located at 408 New Britain Ave. and is part of a one-story, 14,000 s/f retail plaza.  The location was formerly occupied by a furniture store. Hale represented the owner, Brothers Investments, LLC, and the tenant, NBA Discount Liquors. 

NBA Discount Liquors is a full-service package store that relocated to this new site from just down the street. NBA Discount has been doing business in Hartford for over 10 years.
