The space is located at 408 New Britain Ave. and is part of a one-story, 14,000 s/f retail plaza.  The location was formerly occupied by a furniture store. Hale represented the owner, Brothers Investments, LLC, and the tenant, NBA Discount Liquors. 

NBA Discount Liquors is a full-service package store that relocated to this new site from just down the street. NBA Discount has been doing business in Hartford for over 10 years.
