Taub joins M&M as VP/nat’l. director of retail

CALABASAS, CA Daniel Taub has joined Marcus & Millichap as a senior vice president and national director of its retail division.

Taub has over 25 years of experience in the retail sector. He most recently served as managing director for DMT CRE Advisors, a New York-based commercial real estate advisory firm. 

Taub has also held positions as president and COO of DLC Management Corp., one of the nation’s preeminent owners, operators and managers of shopping centers. 

“Daniel is a decisive leader whose key industry relationships and proven ability to implement successful strategic growth initiatives make him the ideal person to continue the expansion of Marcus & Millichap and Institutional Property Advisors’ (IPA) retail divisions.  We are committed to strengthening our market leadership during these unprecedented times,” said J.D. Parker, executive vice president of brokerage operations.
