Hale of O,R&L brokers $1.005m sale of 18,756 s/f office building
Wethersfield, CT Andrew Hale of O,R&L Commercial, LLC brokered the sale of 449 Silas Deane Hwy. The 3-story, multi-tenanted 18,756 s/f office building sold for $1.005 million. The building is 67% leased and situated on 1.19 acres. The building was purchased as an investment property and the new owners plan to remodel the common areas inside and out. They are planning on updating fixtures with more contemporary finishes.
Hale represented the seller Wethersfield Holdings, LLC, and the buyer ADC Properties NE, LLC was unrepresented.
