The Boston office of Lincoln Property Co. has brokered the sale of a 127,600 s/f building in Avon Industrial Park. Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.
Ned Halloran, assistant vice president at Lincoln, represented the buyer, Logan Furniture. Bill Bailey, Rick Schuhwerk, and Tony Coskren of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, EPC Avon LLC, in the transaction.
Located at 1 Kiddie Dr. on a 7.05-acre site, the 127,600 s/f, one-story office/warehouse building was built in 1979. The building offers 24' clear height throughout the warehouse, and is located in the Route 128 South Industrial Cluster market.
Logan Furniture will occupy the entire building, which will serve as the firm's new corporate headquarters and as a warehouse.
"We found a good opportunity for Logan Furniture. It's a great market for tenants to buy properties at discounted rates," said Halloran. "The building meets all space requirements for our client, and provides ample space for future growth."
