Lincoln Property Co. recently renewed a 73,710 s/f lease to Rand Whitney Packaging at 10 Otis St. Ned Halloran, assistant vice president at Lincoln Property, represented the owner. Jim Umphrey and Don Mancini of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates represented the tenant in the transaction.
Located on a 9.6-acre site, 10 Otis St. is a one-story, 73,710 s/f industrial/warehouse building. Lincoln Property serves as the exclusive leasing and managing agent for the property, which was built in 1972.
"Strategically located in Metrowest market, 10 Otis St. is a great industrial/warehouse building," said Halloran. "We're very excited to renew the lease with Rand Whitney Packaging, which occupies the entire building."
