The Boston office of Lincoln Property Company brokered the sale of a 127,600 s/f building in Avon Industrial Park. Financial details of the transactions were not disclosed.
Ned Halloran, assistant vice president at Lincoln Prop. Co., represented the buyer, Braintree-based Logan Furniture. Bill Bailey, Rick Schuhwerk, and Tony Coskren of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the seller, EPC Avon LLC.
Located at 1 Kiddie Dr. on a 7.05-acre site, the one-story office/warehouse building was built in 1979. The building offers 24' clear height throughout the warehouse, and is located in the Rte. 128 South industrial cluster market.
Logan Furniture will occupy the entire building, which will serve as the firm's new corporate headquarters and as a warehouse. The firm is currently leasing space at 20 Plain St. in Braintree, and plans to relocate this month.
"We found a good opportunity for Logan Furniture. It's a great market for tenants to buy properties at discounted rates," said Halloran. "The building meets all space requirements for our client, and provides ample space for future growth."
