Halprin of N.E. Retail Properties handles 2 leases totalling 11,800 s/f for Eblen's Clothing and Footwear and Red Robin

Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties, Inc. exclusively represented the lease to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, a 5,800 s/f restaurant on an outparcel in front of Big Y Supermarket and Home Depot which is located at 2039 Boston Rd. (Rte. 20). Halprin was the sole broker in this deal and represented both the landlord Merchant Wilbraham II, LLC of East Windsor, Conn. and Round Robin Realty, LLC of Hartford, Conn. in this transaction. Round Robin Realty, LLC currently owns and operates six franchised restaurants in Mass. and Conn. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. is a national casual dining chain with over 400 restaurants. Founded in 1949 in New Britain, Conn., Eblen's Clothing and Footwear has opened their 29th store in Lynn, Mass. This store is a 6,000 s/f typical Eblen's store located at 14 State St. in downtown. Halprin of N.E. Retail Properties, Inc. was the tenant's exclusive broker and was responsible for sourcing the location and negotiating the long term lease with Morton Zonis of Newton, Mass. Rob Robledo of SRS Realty Services represented the landlord in this transaction. Eblen's specializes in name brand quality footwear and apparel for the entire family. This is their 12th Mass. location. Eblen's is rapidly expanding in the Boston area. Other locations are in Conn. and R.I.
