Halprin of New England Retail Properties brokers $5.86 million sale of Tractor Supply Co.

Tractor Supply Co., 815 Newfield Street - Middletown, CT

Middletown, CT Matt Halprin, president and COO of New England Retail Properties, Inc. brokered the sale of the Tractor Supply Co. located at 815 Newfield St. The property was sold for $5.86 million. The Tractor Supply property consists of a 19,097 s/f building plus a 15,075 s/f outdoor sales area on 4.55 acres.

The property was developed in 2013 by Middletown Development Partners LLC a partnership of New England Retail Props. headed by Halprin and Mack V Development headed by Mark D’ Addabbo. The purchaser was a private investor based in the Midwest.
