381-385 Rockdale Avenue - New Bedford, MA

New Bedford, MA Coastal Commercial Real Estate negotiated the sale of 381-385 Rockdale Ave.

The three-unit retail plaza consists of 2,985 s/f and is located on a corner lot with parking.

Two of the three units were occupied at the time of closing. One unit is home to a nutrition store and the second storefront is occupied by a hair salon. The third, and largest unit, will be owner-occupied.

All units feature separate rest-rooms and are separately metered with gas heat & central air. Each unit has been updated with new energy-efficient lighting.

Lori Nery, CBR, LMS, GRI, broker and vice president of Coastal Commercial Real Estate represented the seller, Oliveira Travel.

The transaction took place on February 24, 2022, and terms were undisclosed.
