Halprin of New England Retail Properties leases 5,800 s/f

Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties Inc. exclusively represented the lease to Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, a 5,800 s/f restaurant on an outparcel in front of Big Y Supermarket and Home Depot which is located at 2039 Boston Rd. (Rte. 20). Halprin was the sole broker in the deal and represented both the landlord Merchant Wilbraham II, LLC of East Windsor and Round Robin Realty, LLC of Hartford. in the transaction. Round Robin Realty, LLC currently own and operates six franchised restaurants in Massachusetts and Connecticut. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc. is a national casual dining chain with over 400 restaurants.
