TRB Development begins gut and fit up of 25,000 s/f retail bldg. in Brighton
TRB Development Group, Inc., general contractor from Hooksett, N.H., has begun a complete gut and fit-up of a 25,000 s/f exiting retail building at 2078 Market St. The renovated building will house a CVS Pharmacy and an additional tenant. The exterior will be masonry split-faced block and CVS red brick over the existing wood frame and Werzalit siding with PVC trim. There will be one pharmacy drive-thru and two grocery store style checkout aisles instead of the standard counter checkout. The store is scheduled for an early October opening.
The project was designed by BKA Architects of Brockton.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
