Halprin of New England Retail Properties sells Tractor Supply for $5.6 million

Orange, CT Matt Halprin, senior vice president of New England Retail Properties, Inc. completed the $5.6 million sale of the Tractor Supply Co. located at 253 Indian River Rd.  

The Tractor Supply property consists of a 19,097 s/f building plus a 15,000 s/f outdoor sales area on 4 acres. 

The seller was Orange Development Partners LLC., a subsidiary of New England Retail Properties and the purchaser was a private investor based in Connecticut.
