Glastonbury, CT Matt Halprin of New England Retail Properties, Inc. has sold the former 7-Eleven gas station convenience store located at 3041 Main St. for $1 million. The sale closed on December 21st.
Halprin exclusively represented the seller, Bidwell Associates, who had owned the property for 45 years. New England Retail Props. had leased the property to 7-Eleven in 2000. The buyer was a local investor. The property features a 1,900 s/f building on .5 acres.
