Tri Town Retail Advisors leases 1,687 s/f to Empower on Haven at 190 Haven St.
Reading, MA Empower on Haven is the city’s newest business in downtown at 190 Haven St., leasing 1,687 s/f. The store serves up health-focused teas, shakes, coffee, and kids’ drinks that range in flavors and sizes.
Menu items include tasty favorites including Sunset Paradise, Shark Bite, and over 30 other specialty teas. Teas are low in calories, have no sugar, and are low carb. Shakes include cookie monster, sugar cookie, purple cow, coffee oreo, and many others which all contain between 200-250 calories, 10g or less of carbs, and 24 grams of protein. The store also serves up coffees which range from Reese’s, Twix, house blend, or mocha blend styles.
Tri Town Retail Advisors represented the landlord, and procured the tenant.
