Hansen, Flaherty and Coffin of Colliers International represent Quanterix in 19,802 s/f lease

Quanterix has executed a new 19,802 s/f lease in a recently renovated life science lab building at 113 Hartwell Ave. The lease represents an expansion of 10,000 s/f from the company's current location at One Kendall Sq. in Cambridge. Occupancy is scheduled for April. Colliers International's team of Tucker Hansen, Joe Flaherty and Ben Coffin represented Quanterix in negotiations with Tom Rango, Stephen Lynch, and Leah Harsfield of King Street Properties, the landlord. "Quanterix is exactly the kind of cutting edge life science company we were hoping to attract at 113 Hartwell Ave." said Lynch. Quanterix will be the first tenant in the building. "By relocating from One Kendall Sq. to 113 Hartwell Ave., Quanterix will move into a brand new facility designed to fit its specific needs," said Hansen. Built in 1967, and renovated in 2011, 113 Hartwell Ave. is a one story, 103,000 s/f class A lab-ready building located off of I-95, 30 minutes from downtown Boston. Nearby amenities include several restaurants, the Boston Sports Club, and the Minuteman Bike Path.
