Hardman of Prolman Realty brokers 9,972 s/f lease to Dollar Tree

Prolman Realty, Inc. leased 9,972 s/f at the Merrimack Commons shopping center to Dollar Tree. According to Nick Hardman, who represented the landlord, Hardman's Merrimack LLC, "The tenancy represented the expansion of Dollar Tree into the Merrimack marketplace." Dollar Tree was represented by Jay Wise of WRE Brokers of Windham, Me. The Merrimack Commons is an 86,000 s/f shopping center anchored by Tractor Supply and Gold's Gym
