Malone of Malone Commercial Brokers leases 1,600 s/f retail space
Margaret Rounsavall, LMT leased 1,600 s/f of retail space at 593 Congress St. The first floor will be a yoga and therapeutic studio. Paul Trusiani is the landlord. Mark Malone, CCIM of Malone Commercial Brokers, Inc. handled the transaction.

Lynnfield, MA According to Combined Properties, Inc., Conduent Inc., a leader in document technology and services for more than half a century, has renewed its lease of 164,095 s/f at 66-70 Broadway. The complex has served Conduent and prior affiliates since 1996.
