Hardman of Prolman Realty leases 3,000 s/f to Super Dogs Day Care
Prolman Realty, Inc. leased 3,000 s/f at the Merrimack Commons shopping center to Super Dogs Day Care.
According to Nick Hardman who represented the landlord, Hardman's Merrimack LLC, and assisted the tenant, the business represents a start up by Mark and Judy Threlfall. The business is open and operating as a dog day care facility, located next door to Gold's Gym.
The Merrimack Commons is an 86,000 s/f shopping center anchored by Tractor Supply and Gold's Gym and now Dollar Tree.
Wakefield, NC Wilder and Greenberg Gibbons have formed a joint venture to acquire Wakefield Commons, a 163,975 s/f shopping center located in the high-growth submarket of Raleigh, N.C. The acquisition marks a significant milestone for both firms – representing Wilder’s entry into the North Carolina market
