Harrington & Co. and Norton Asset Mgmt. work together on 42-acre site sale for $2.2m

Hooksett, NH Mike Harrington of Harrington & Company and Bill Norton of Norton Asset Management have teamed up to consult and represent the owners of 18 Legends Dr. in the sale of their 42-acre property for $2.2 million.

18 Legends Dr. is an industrial zoned property that prior to the sale had been used as a recreational business consisting of a driving range, miniature golf course and batting cages.

The sale culminates an over 30-year relationship between Norton and the owners of the property/business whom he counseled over the years and during the initial stages of developing this property into a successful family-owned business.

The property was purchased by Marmon Aerospace & Defense who received town approvals to build a new 80,000 s/f manufacturing facility at this location. The buyer was represented by Josh Robbie of Savills-US.
