Harrington & Co. sells 34 acres for $1.5 million

Raymond, NH Harrington & Company brokered the sale of 34 acres of commercial/industrial land known as Granite Meadows, located at Exit 4 off Rte. 101 on Old Manchester Rd. to Sunset Realty, LLC of New Hampshire. The property was purchased in May for $1.5 million. The same owner previously purchased 5.5 acres adjacent to this property in 2020 for the development of a MegaX gas convenience store/truck refueling facility expected to be operational this fall. Plans to develop the newly acquired 34 acres will evolve over time as interest in this exit location off Rte. 101 grows.
