Manchester, NH Scribe Software relocated its headquarters to Manchester’s historic millyard, 150 Dow St. Scribe Software tasked Harrington & Reeves to search the market to find “creative” space for the relocation of their headquarters. After an extensive search, Scribe Software secured 23,000 s/f on the top floor of the renovated Pandora Mill Building. Surrounded on 3 sides of large windows and providing high open wood beamed loft ceilings and an open floor plan, the space provides the perfect environment for Scribe to design, build and market its software.

Michael Harrington, principal at Harrington & Reeves said, “We are pleased to have been part of Scribe’s team in this collaborative effort to search, negotiate and secure their space. Manchester’s millyard is a great location for high tech, education, engineering and other professional uses and demand for renovated mill space continues to be strong.”
