Hudson, NH Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, sold a 75,288 s/f manufacturing building on 7.31 acres located in Sagamore Industrial Park at 20 Executive Dr. Robert Rohrer, of Colliers’ Manchester office, represented the seller, JTT Associates and procured the buyer, Innovative Associates LLC, a New Hampshire corporation.
A company affiliated with the buyer, Innovative Products & Equipment, Inc., a designer and manufacturer of custom assembly automation, process and test systems, will be relocating from Tyngsboro, Mass., and occupying 32,000 s/f at the facility. The balance is occupied by Vaupell, Inc. of Seattle, WA, on a long-term lease. Vaupell designs, engineers and produces custom, high performance engineered plastic and composite components and assemblies.
Innovative relocated to New Hampshire to support its continued growth. The company will be bringing 40+ jobs to Hudson, with plans to expand in the coming years. Innovative partnered with the N.H. Business Finance Authority to secure part of the financing for its acquisition and growth via its Tax-Exempt Industrial Development Bond Program. According to the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds, the sale price was $3,999,999.
