Five Guys Burgers has leased 2,900 s/f of retail/restaurant space at the Fore St. Garage in the city's Old Port. The restaurant, at 425 Fore St., will be the fast growing chain's first location in Maine. The restaurant is scheduled to open sometime in the Spring of 2011. The landlord is Cow Plaza Garage LLC and the property manager is East Brown Cow Management.
