Harris of Jay Nuss Realty completes first level in MS Path in Toastmasters

Raynham, MA Jason Harris, real estate agent at Jay Nuss Realty Group, LLC, has completed level one in the Motivational Strategies (MS) Path in the Toastmasters Pathways education and leadership program. Level One focuses on mastering the fundamentals. The Motivational Strategies Path helps build skills as a powerful and effective communicator. The projects focus on learning strategies for building connections with people, understanding motivation and leading small groups to accomplish tasks.

Harris, along with colleague Angela Nuss, attended the Toastmasters Annual Communication and Leadership Conference (CLCON) on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Jay Nuss Realty Group was one of the sponsors of the conference. 

Harris joined Spirited Speakers Toastmasters, based in Middleborough, MA in the spring of 2021. His Toastmasters mentor was Angela Nuss.

Harris has been with Jay Nuss Realty Group since the fall of 2021. 

He brings his dual experience in real estate and business to his role assisting clients, representing commercial tenants, buyers, and sellers south of Boston, particularly along Rte. 24 and in the Fall River and New Bedford regions. 

Licensed in Massachusetts and Florida, Harris joined the firm after living in Florida for two decades, where he worked in residential real estate and land acquisition.

He attended The Governor’s Academy, the oldest boarding school in New England. He currently serves as a volunteer and mentor for Independent Trust, a non-profit professional network for independent school alumni of color. He is the father of two, a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Certified Health and Nutrition Coach and an expert on exotic plants and birds.

Harris is a member of the Taunton Chapter of Networking Group USA (NGU) and is an ambassador with the Cranberry Country Chamber of Commerce.
