Harrity of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates executes 15,821 s/f lease
Auburn Industrial Development Corp has recently leased 15,821 s/f to Harold Levinson Associates. The property located at 97 Bancroft St. will house Levinson's central N.E. distribution center.
Representing the landlord was John Harrity of Kelleher & Sadowsky Associates.
