Sue Hawkes and Bob Cole have taken over as co-owners of the real estate and marketing firm, The Collaborative Cos. (TCC).
Hawkes and Cole previously were principals of TCC along with Jon Gollinger who sold his interest in the company last year.
Cole serves as president of the firm and Hawkes is CEO. TCC includes a subsidiary auction division called Velocity Marketing and an Investment/Asset Opportunity Fund.
