Healey joins CB Richard Ellis - N.E. Partners, LP as an associate at the Manchester, NH office

According to CB Richard Ellis - N.E. Partners, LP (CBRE/NE), Chris Healey has joined as an associate with the brokerage team. Healey will be responsible for all aspects of the sale and leasing of commercial properties in the Southern New Hampshire region. "We're very pleased to welcome Chris to our team," said Roger Dieker, vice president of the firm's local office. "Chris' understanding of the I-93/Rte. 3 commercial real estate corridor and his strong work ethic will pave the way for a successful brokerage career in New Hampshire real estate." Healey has worked in a variety of roles to prepare him for this next step at CBRE/NE, including his prior position as market research and brokerage associate at The Kane Company in Portsmouth. Healey is also a licensed real estate broker in Mass. and New Hampshire. He graduated from Saint Michael's College in Colchester, Vt.
