Helztel promoted at City Point Partners

Boston, MA Joann Heltzel has been promoted at City Point Partners to lead document control manager.

In her new role, Heltzel will lead the firm’s document control team and develop internal standards and procedures for projects, while training City Point Ptrs. staff and the firm’s clients on document control procedures.

The document control group at City Point Ptrs. is working on some of the largest construction projects in the Commonwealth providing document control services on the Fitchburg Commuter Rail Extension, the Southcoast Rail project, and the Green Line Extension project just to name a few. The firm utilizes sophisticated database management tools such as E-Builder, Aconex, I-Build, and Sharepoint to manage project information. The document control team has experience working on projects with designers as well contractors enabling them to understand the flow of information from both sides of a project.

Heltzel is a well-respected leader in her field and is a member of WTS Boston.

With Heltzel leading City Point Ptrs.’ document control group, the firm looks forward to marketing their services and sharing their knowledge with owners in the development and maintenance of a very critical piece of projects - the management of documents.
