Nolan Sheehan Patten LLP, a Boston-based real estate law firm that focuses on affordable housing and community development, has hired Bret Hendrickson.
Hendrickson joins Nolan Sheehan Patten with considerable experience in real estate law. While he concentrates his practice in affordable housing and community development real estate transactions, he is also experienced in commercial real estate financing, acquisitions, dispositions, zoning, permitting, conveyancing, commercial leasing and title matters. Before joining Nolan Sheehan Patten, Hendrickson practiced in the real estate group at DLA Piper. He is a graduate of Northeastern University School of Law.
