Hennessey Of Newmark Knight Frank represents Investment Technology Group, Inc. in 9,900 s/f sublease at 100 High St., Boston

John Hennessey, managing principal of Newmark Knight Frank, represented Investment Technology Group, Inc. (ITG) in the subleasing of 9,900 s/f of its 100 High St. space to Financial Engines. CB Richard Ellis represented the subtenant, Financial Engines. ITG, anticipating growth, secured future expansion space on the 16th floor of 100 High St Financial Engines, located at 99 High St., was looking to expand its operations. When this sublease opportunity arose directly across the street from its current location, Financial Engines knew that it was a perfect fit. With the 16th floor space in shell condition, Financial Engines is able to work with ITG on designing the space so that it will work for both Financial Engines for the duration of its sublease, as well as for ITG and its future expansion.
