Herrick of Keller Williams completes $800,000 sale of mixed-use property

Paul Herrick of Keller Williams Realty sold 100 Cabot St., a mixed-use property to 100 Cabot Street, LLC. This property features 8 residential apartments, a long term established tenant Fibber Magee's pub and vacant 2,052 s/f retail space, and a free standing garage unit. Herrick represented the buyers who plan to make improvements and hold for long term investment. The sellers were represented by Lyn Murphy and Wendy Mack of Mack Realty Group, Inc. of Danvers. The sale price was $800,000. Paul Herrick is the principal of the Paul Herrick Group at Keller Williams Realty and specializes in the sale of real estate on the North Shore.
