Herrick Lutts Realty Partners broker $750,000 sale of 5,796 s/f office building
Salem, MA Peter Lutts and Paul Herrick of Herrick Lutts Realty Partners represented the sellers and procured the buyer in the $750,000 sale of 30 Federal St.
The 5,796 s/f office building was built in 1981 and is ideally located near the new court house, commuter rail and municipal parking.
The building is zoned B-5. Shared amenities within the building include common reception area, three bathrooms, and four on-site parking spots.
