Higgins new senior vice president/retail services at CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors
CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors has hired senior vice president/ retail services, Kevin Higgins. On behalf of CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors, Higgins primarily will represent anchor retail tenants in their store expansions as well as participate in urban and suburban leasing assignments. A veteran in the industry, he will represent several high profile clients in New England including Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th and Eastern Mountain Sports.
Higgins brings 25 years of experience to CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors. Prior to joining CBRE/Grossman Retail Advisors, Higgins served as executive vice president at Katz & Associates of New York where he represented both property owners and retailers in hundreds of transactions. In his career, Higgins served as real estate manager, northeast region, at Borders Group, Inc., and director of real estate, northeast region, at Melville Realty Co.
Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
