High Ridge Park receives TOBY Award from BOMA

High Ridge Park Corporate Center has been named the recipient of the 2007 TOBY (The Office Building of the Year) Award by the Southern Connecticut Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). George Comfort & Sons is the property owner and manager.
High Ridge Park received the esteemed TOBY award in the category of Low Rise Suburban Office Park which groups office properties outside the central business district, containing two or more buildings, one to five stories high, on more than five acres. High Ridge Park contains six buildings totaling 583,000 s/f of Class A office space on 40 acres.
The TOBY award is one of the most prestigious and comprehensive award programs of its kind in commercial real estate, recognizing quality in office buildings and awarding excellence in office building management, operation efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.
