Hill of Tom Hill Realty & Investments sells industrial parcel for $275,000

Tom Hill III, owner/broker of Tom Hill Realty & Investment, represented Joe Pisani of Pisani Construction, Inc., in the $275,000 sale of a 3 acre industrial parcel in the Watertown Industrial Park, to Lisa Nelson of the Gar-San Corp. Gar-San Corporation has obtained approvals to build its own headquarters to house Class A offices for its construction management, value engineering, conceptual estimating and design team. Frank and Joe Pisani are also leading fabricators who have been fabricating and erecting steel for the development industry since 1988. They are also dealers for pre-engineered industrial/commercial buildings. Frank Pisani, Joe's father, welded and installed for mobile artist Alexander Calder. Attorney Franklin Pilicy represented Gar-San and Attorney Kevin Daly represented Joe Pisani.
