Hinckley Allen is bolstering its IP and litigation practices with the addition of Scott & Bush, a boutique intellectual property and business litigation firm. Founding partners Craig Scott and Christine Bush along with their associates, Byron McMasters and Anastasia Dubrovsky have joined Hinckley Allen effective November 1.

Scott has been recognized by Best Lawyers as Patent Litigation Lawyer and Trademark Lawyer of the Year. Bush was recently named by Best Lawyers as Copyright Lawyer and Intellectual Property Litigation Lawyer of the Year.
Scott, a veteran trial attorney brings years of experience helping companies navigate complex business litigation, including patent, trademark, trade secrets and copyright cases. He serves as lead trial counsel in federal courts throughout the country and internationally for clients engaged in a broad range of industries, including technology and financial services to real estate and manufacturing.

He holds a J.D. from George Washington Law School and a B.A. from Clark University.
Bush has many years of experience litigating and trying complex business litigation matters involving patent, trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition, covenants not to compete, shareholder issues in closely held companies, and construction disputes. She regularly advises clients on issues concerning the protection of intellectual property and proprietary business information, including licensing and non-disclosure issues.
Bush was recently named by Best Lawyers as Copyright Lawyer and Intellectual Property Litigation Lawyer of the Year. She holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School and a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College.
