Hartford, CT Hinckley Allen welcomes Thomas Mitchell and Daniel D’Aprile, Jr. as partners in its real estate practice group. Attorneys Mitchell and D’Aprile are key strategic additions that enhance the firm’s commercial real estate financing capabilities. They were previously partners at McElroy Deutsch, and will join the firm in the Hartford office.

Mitchell joins Hinckley Allen as a seasoned real estate finance lawyer with over four decades of experience representing banks, insurance companies, and private lenders in all aspects of commercial loan transactions. His comprehensive practice covers the full spectrum of lending needs, from loan commitment through closing, loan modifications, restructures, and workouts. Mitchell’s practical approach to closing commercial mortgage loan transactions, property acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions has earned him a stellar reputation in the industry.

D’Aprile has a background in advising clients on commercial real estate finance transactions, and other complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, limited partnership investments in private investment funds, and various other financing transactions. D’Aprile’s experience extends to entity formation, governance, and commercial leasing, making him a versatile asset to the real estate practice group.
