Mitchell’s practical approach to closing commercial mortgage loan transactions, property acquisitions, sales, and leasing transactions has earned him a stellar reputation in the industry.
D’Aprile has a background in advising clients on commercial real estate finance transactions, and other complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, limited partnership investments in private investment funds, and various other financing transactions. D’Aprile’s experience extends to entity formation, governance, and commercial leasing, making him a versatile asset to the real estate practice group.
