Hines of Horvath & Tremblay arranges $5.105 million sale of four properties

689-699 Maple Avenue - Hartford, CT

Hartford, CT Tim Hines of Horvath & Tremblay has arranged the sale of a twenty-five unit mixed-use property located at 689-699 Maple Ave. Hines exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1.91 million. The three-story brick building contains twenty-five total units comprised of five commercial units and twenty residential units. The residential units consist of four, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units, fifteen, one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, and one studio unit with 21,738 s/f of living area in 30,244 s/f of gross area on 0.39 acre. 

5-7 Warner Street Ext. - Hartford, CT

Hines also completed the sale of a twelve-unit multi-family property located at 5-7 Warner St. Ext. Hines exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1.2 million. The property is comprised of two adjacent two-story buildings with a total of twelve, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units with 8,960 s/f of living area in 9,124 s/f of total gross area on 0.41 acre. The property offers on-site parking for residents and guests. 

In another transaction, Hines facilitated the sale of a twelve-unit mixed-use property located at 1916 Broad St. Hines exclusively represented the seller and sourced the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $925,000. The three-story brick building contains twelve total units comprised of one commercial unit and eleven residential units. The residential units consist of seven, two-bedroom/one-bathroom units, three, one-bedroom/one-bathroom units, and one studio unit with 9,951 s/f of living area in 13,905 s/f of gross area on 0.16 acre. 

Hines also arranged the sale of a twelve-unit multi-family property located at 34-38 Beacon St. Hines exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer to complete the transaction at a sale price of $1.07 million. The three-story brick and stucco building contains twelve, one-bedroom/one-bathroom units with 8,958 s/f of living area in 12,742 s/f of gross area on 0.18 acre. 

All four of the properties are located in densely populated residential neighborhoods and provide access to area schools, parks and primary commercial corridors offering access to retailers and restaurants. The properties are close to Trinity College, Hartford Hospital, and Hartford’s Central Business District offering access to area highways, public transportation, and major area employers.
