Hird of O,R&L Commercial brokers sale of 8,000 s/f office condo
O,R&L Commercial, LLC has sold 667-669 State St. The 8,000 s/f office condominium was purchased by Tish's Terrace, LLC (an affiliate of Letizia, Ambrose & Falls, PC). Frank Hird, SIOR represented the seller, State Investors, LLC. E. Tyler Della Valle of Dow Realty represented the buyer with special assistance from Mike Bencivengo.
The 8,000 s/f space comprises two units of the State Plaza Condominium building. The buyer will occupy one floor of the space for its own use and will continue to lease the remaining space.
Frank Hird has listed 1,000 s/f of another unit in the building for lease.
