HK Group brokers three leases totaling 3,262 s/f

HK Group, commercial broker from Westport, reports three recent leases, two in Norwalk and one in Stamford. At One Selleck St., Phantom Data Systems, which provides data backup services, committed for a 5-year office lease on 1,183 s/f. HK senior vice president David Flayhan, was exclusive agent for the owner, Sandoval Shore Pointe Development, LLC, and the only broker involved. At 83 East Ave., Dr. Martin Perlin leased 1,079 s/f for his medical practice. Vice president Tom Long represented the tenant; and Bill Leopold of WFL Real Estate was agent for the owner, BP Norwalk, LLC and Lehigh Norwalk LLC. At 43 Bank St. in Stamford, Cigar Co. took 1,000 s/f for a cigar store and lounge. HK sales associate Greg Romano represented the tenant while Pyramid Realty's Norman Lotstein was listing agent for the owner, Bank Interest, LLC.
