HK Group completes sale of 101-107 Post Road East and Church Lane property for $2.15 million

HK Group completed the sale of 101-107 Post Rd. East and a historic mansion on Church Lane to a partnership led by David Waldman for $2.15 million. The building is 21,000 s/f and will be transformed into 11,500 s/f of two story retail property. The 3,450 s/f mansion is reserved for restaurant and office space. Waldman of David Adam Realty is working with the town to preserve the historic nature of these buildings while at the same time renovating them into a classic example of new real estate. In addition Franco Fellah, executive vice president at HK Group, finalized the following transactions in Westport: * Joyride Cycle Studio, LLC, a spin studio, leased 4,100 s/f of retail space at 1200 Post Rd. East; * Vintage Virtuosa, a vintage clothing store, leased 1,145 s/f of retail space at 242 Post Rd. East; * Rockwell Art & Framing, LLC, selling art and frames, leased 1,230 s/f of retail space and 892 s/f of storage space at 236 Post Rd. East; * Gilman Hill Asset Management, LLC, a wealth management company, leased 2,250 s/f of water views office space at 156 Kings Highway North; * Hunter Gregory Realty Corp., a company that invests and manages assisted living facilities, leased 1,966 s/f of office space at 274 Riverside Ave.; * New England Hearing Solutions, LLC, a hearing testing center, leased 1,620 s/f of office space at 830 Post Rd. East; * David X Manners Company, a marketing company, leased 1,407 s/f of office space at 64 Post Rd. West; * Michael Fontana and Associates leased 1,263 s/f of office space at 1071 Post Rd. East * The Nth Power, a marketing company, renewed its lease for 1,000 s/f at 99 Saugatuck Ave.; and * Edward Jones, a national company that offers investments with over 4,000 branches in the US leased 830 s/f of office space at 1869 Post Rd. East. * Irina Gosh Enterprises, LLC, a health advisor, leased 862 s/f of office space at 253 Riverside Ave.; * North Road Technologies, LLC, a company that designs and produces HVAC systems, leased 700 s/f of office space at 25 Sylvan Rd. South; * With Ralph Michel of HK Group finalized the sale of the 2,000 SF Pho Garden restaurant at 1620 Post Road East to Pane Bene, LLC, who will open a new Italian restaurant at the site.
