Hobbs and O'Toole join Consigli Const.

Consigli Construction Co., Inc. has added Howard Hobbs and Steven O'Toole to their construction operations team. Hobbs has joined as project manager. He has extensive experience in senior preconstruction and construction management capacities for multimillion-dollar projects in the Boston, and Washington, DC metropolitan areas. Representative local projects include the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center; Boston's Institute of Contemporary Art; and The W Hotel and Residences. Steven O'Toole, project superintendent, joins Consigli with more than 16 years of experience with a variety of academic, residential, and life science clients throughout New England. His diverse experience in preconstruction, planning and managing highly complex, multi-phased projects with aggressive schedules includes projects such as the Ritz Carlton Residences and Millennium Place; Merck Research Laboratories; MIT Graduate Housing; and the Intercontinental Hotel and Residences. "We are very happy to have the depth of experience and broad project backgrounds that Howard Hobbs and Steven O'Toole will add to our organization," said Anthony Consigli, president. "The service experience they bring to our team will continue to serve our clients well, and expand our ability to provide the most comprehensive and focused construction management services in the marketplace."
