Hobbs Brook Management LLC has welcomed nine new companies to its office parks. The firm negotiated leases for 65,000 s/f in its office parks in Waltham and Wakefield. Hobbs Brook was represented by Wyman Street Advisors in all nine deals.

New tenants in Waltham include:
* Panther Global Group, Inc., providing temporary, temp-to-direct hire, direct hire, managed service provider and payrolling services throughout the United States and Latin America, has leased 6,013 s/f for two years at 225 Wyman St. and were represented by Lincoln Property.
* MarketCast, a leading global entertainment market research and consulting firm, leased 3,604 s/f for two years at 225 Wyman St. They were brokered by CBRE.
* Konica Minolta, a leader in information management focused on enterprise content, technology optimization and cloud services, relocated from Newton to lease 20,000 s/f at 404 Wyman St. for the next 10 years. They were represented by Cushman and Wakefield.
* Entrust Datacard, has leased 4,437 s/f for five years and were represented by Cushman and Wakefield. Entrust Datacard offers card issuance, mobile payment, secure online identity and secure transaction authentication technologies to government agencies, enterprises and financial institutions in more than 150 countries. Headquartered in Minneapolis, the firm opened its first Mass. location at 404 Wyman St.
New tenants in Wakefield, Mass. include:
* CPower is a renewable energy company providing demand response services to more than 7,000 C&I companies across the US. Demand Response pays customers to help safeguard the electric grid during times of high energy usage. They have opened a regional 3,349 s/f office at 201 Edgewater Dr., and were represented by the Stevens Group.
* OSF|Global Services, a global consulting firm specializing in CRM, eCommerce, custom application development and technology integration services signed a three-year lease for 2,563 s/f at 500 Edgewater Dr. OSF moved from Woburn and was represented by Wyman Street Advisors.
* Lantos Technologies, Inc. which developed an intra-aural 3D scanning system that revolutionizes the custom in-ear device market, has leased 13,366 s/f for two years at 201 Edgewater Dr. Lantos relocated from Cambridge and was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle.
* Johnson O'Connor Feron & Carucci LLP, a firm of certified public accountants and business consultants, has been providing clients with tax services, assurance services, merger and acquisition strategies, business consulting, and financial planning for more than 70 years. Formerly located elsewhere in the city of Wakefield, Johnson O'Connor, Feron & Carucci leased 9,502 s/f for seven years at 101 Edgewater Dr. and was represented by Mohr Partners.
* ON Search Partners, an executive search firm dedicated to providing quality executive search services to clients ranging from early-stage and venture-funded companies to the Fortune 100, has leased 2,179 s/f at 401 Edgewater Place for five years. The firm moved from Burlington, Mass. and was represented by DTZ.
