Hobbs Brook Management signs 6,001 s/f lease with American Financial Systems

Hobbs Brook Management LLC has signed a three-year lease with American Financial Systems, Inc. (AFS). AFS will occupy 6,001 s/f at 610 Lincoln St. within the Hobbs Brook Office Park. American Financial Systems is a provider of software and internet tools for the design, illustration, and administration of nonqualified benefit plans. The firm, which had previously occupied a Hobbs Brook managed office space, chose to expand within the park because of the high level of maintenance and attention from facility staff, the value of the property in the current market, and the professionalism of the company. "Having occupied a Hobbs Brook building in the past, we were already accustomed to their pleasant and accommodating manner. Our former location was a very well-managed property, and the staff has always operated with the upmost professionalism," said Daniel Johnson, president and CEO, of American Financial Systems. "After looking at nearly 25 different properties with our buy-side broker, we came back around to 610 Lincoln Street and Hobbs Brook Management and we are very happy with our decision." Robert Borgman of Wyman Street Advisors handled the lease for Hobbs Brook Management. Jason Rhuda of MOHR Partners, Inc. represented American Financial Systems. About American Financial Systems (AFS) Founded in 1984 by supplemental benefits professionals, AFS provides software and services internet tools for the design, optimal funding, and on-going administration of supplemental (non-qualified) benefit plans.
