Hobbs Brook Management LLC has entered into a long term lease with Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC). CSC has chosen 26,645 s/f at 404 Wyman Street in the Hobbs Brook Office Park in Waltham, Massachusetts.
"CSC chose to relocate to 404 Wyman St. because Hobbs Brook's reputation precedes itself, and thus far we've found them to be outstanding landlords," said Lisa Rogier, office manager for CSC.
