Globalpark, Inc. has leased 3,970 s/f of office space at 1000 Lafayette Blvd. from Bridgeport Lafayette 2005 LLC of Morristown, N.J. Stephen Hodson of Hodson Commercial, division of Hodson Realty, Inc., represented the tenant in this transaction and Steven Greenbush of CB Commercial represented the landlord. Globalpark has merged with the Norwegian Feedback Management provider Questback. Since August 1st, 2011, Globalpark and Questback are now a joint company, and the result is one of the largest and highest performing software developers for Enterprise Feedback Management and Social CRM in Europe.
Hodson Commercial facilitated the negotiation of the renewal and expansion of the lease of Suite 109 & 110, 2,349 total s/f of office space at 2 Corporate Dr., Trumbull. The lease was between Corporate Drive LLC as landlord and Dr. Tonya Cremins as tenant. Hodson represented both parties in this transaction.
Hodson Commercial also negotiated the sale of 4761 Main St., Bridgeport for $290,000. The purchaser was Fernanda Goncalves and PJ Investments, LLC was the seller. Hodson represented the seller.
In another transaction, Hodson Commercial facilitated the negotiation of a 1,200 s/f office lease on the 2nd floor of 3101 Main St., Bridgeport. The lease was between Rago Family LP as landlord and N.E. Orthotic & Prosthetic Systems LLC as tenant. Hodson represented both parties.
