Hodson of Hodson Realty brokers $1.8m sale of 2-acre development site
Hodson Realty, Inc. negotiated the sale of a two acre commercial development site which was formerly the auto dealership of Martin & Parsons at 455 Main St.
The sellers of the property were Martin Family (I) LLC and Martin Family (II) LLC and the buyer is 455 Main St. LLC. The purchaser has no intended plans for the site at this time.
Stephen Hodson, president of Hodson Commercial, represented the buyer. Preston Merritt, CPA worked with the sellers in the transaction.
Wallingford, CT O,R&L Commercial has completed the $3.8 million sale of a mixed-use investment property located at 33-39 North Main St. and 24-25 Wallace Ave. in the town center.
