Hodson of Hodson Realty brokers three sale transactions - $705,000
Stephen Hodson of Hodson Commercial negotiated the $425,000 sale of 4718 Main St. The seller of the property was 4718 Main St. Bpt LLC and the buyer is Anh Minh Nguyen. Nguyen is currently renovating the facility to make a high quality nail salon.
RAR Associates has sold 86 Tunxis Hill Rd., Fairfield, to Mike's Furniture & Bedding for $160,000. Hodson represented the seller and Marilyn Firmender of William Raveis of Milford represented the buyer in this transaction.
Kmetz Tobias & Associates, LLC has sold its office suite located at Elm Street Crossing, 324 Elm St., Unit 202-B, Monroe to Intellectual Properties, LLC for $120,000. Hodson represented the owner and tenant.
